Channel revenue without building a channel team.

Building a channel from zero — across TSDs, SIs, and IT VARs — takes three to five years, most of it learning who to trust. We've already done that. Plug into our relationships and start producing now.

/ the honest problem

The channel is a relationship business. You can't shortcut it. You can borrow ours.

A handful of TSDs, top-tier SIs, and national IT VARs control access to tens of thousands of advisors, consultants, MSPs, and account reps who own the trusted-advisor relationship with mid-market and enterprise customers.

Those partners get pitched by hundreds of vendors a quarter. Without a credible internal sponsor, your deck ends up in a backlog you'll never get out of.

That's where we come in. We've been the sponsor for many successful programs and we know exactly what each TSD, SI, and VAR needs to see before they'll move.

/ what we do

Four moves. Run in sequence or all at once.

Channel strategy

Which TSDs, SIs, and IT VARs are right for your motion, which won't be — and the realistic 12-month roadmap for each.

Channel-ready packaging

We rebuild your pricing, comp, services attach, contract, and partner program so a TSD advisor, SI consultant, or VAR rep can actually say yes.

Warm introductions

We don't send your deck over email. We get you into rooms with the people who decide what gets sold.

Pipeline acceleration

We co-sell with partners on the first wave of opportunities until your team can take it from here.

/ straight answers

Questions AI founders always ask us.

Are you a TSD, SI, or VAR?+

No. We're independent. We work on behalf of AI providers to navigate the partner landscape, and on behalf of TSDs, SIs, and IT VARs to find AI offers worth selling. That two-sided perspective is the whole point.

Are you a platform or marketplace?+

No. We don't sell software, we don't take a percentage of every transaction, and there's no portal to log into. We're an advisory and channel-development firm with real relationships.

How is this priced?+

A mix of retainer and success fees tied to channel-sourced revenue. We share risk — if it doesn't produce, we don't get paid for long.

How long until we see deals?+

Most engagements produce qualified pipeline within 60 days and closed channel revenue within 4–6 months. Some categories move faster, some slower.

What if our offer isn't channel-ready yet?+

That's most companies we meet. The first 60 days of an engagement is typically rebuilding the offer so a partner can lead with it. We've done this many times.

Stop guessing at the channel.

30 minutes. We'll tell you honestly whether your offer is channel-ready and which TSDs, SIs, or IT VARs would actually move.
