/ for channel partners

A curated AI portfolio your team can actually sell.

Whether you're a TSD building an advisor portfolio, an SI extending a services practice, or an IT VAR adding AI to your line card — your inbox is full of vendors. Most aren't channel-ready. We do the vetting so your team can focus on the offers that will hold up with real customers and pay for years to come.

/ vetting

The eight things every AI offer has to clear.

We've sat on both sides of the table. These are the criteria that separate AI providers ready for the channel from the ones who'll create support tickets, comp disputes, and churn.

01

Financial health

Runway, burn, revenue trajectory, and capitalization. We won't put a provider in your portfolio that's six months from a down round or a fire sale.

02

Reputation & references

Backchannel calls with existing customers, partners, and former employees. Glassdoor, lawsuits, founder history — we look at all of it.

03

Comp & contract terms

Residual-friendly structures, multi-year predictability, written into the agreement — not an afterthought.

04

Partner-led motion

AI providers who respect the partner relationship — TSD, SI, or VAR — and won't end-run the advisor or consultant on renewal or expansion.

05

Channel ops maturity

PRM integration, order forms, quoting, comp reporting — operationally ready, not promising 'soon'.

06

Demoability

An AI demo that lands in 15 minutes for a non-technical buyer. If we can't demo it, advisors can't sell it.

07

Real support

Named partner manager, working SE bench, and an escalation path that doesn't dead-end at a Slack channel.

08

Differentiated wedge

A clear, defensible use case — not a thin GPT wrapper that won't survive procurement review.

/ due diligence

We look under the hood — financials, reputation, and all.

Putting an AI provider in your portfolio is a multi-year bet. Before we recommend one, we run the same diligence an institutional buyer would — and we share the full file with your team. No surprises six months in.

Financial diligence

  • Audited or reviewed financials, plus latest management P&L and cash position
  • Cap table review, last round terms, and current runway at observed burn
  • Revenue quality: ARR vs. one-time, NRR, concentration, churn by cohort
  • Funding pipeline and likelihood of a clean next round

Reputation diligence

  • Backchannel reference calls with 3–5 existing customers — not the ones they hand you
  • Partner references from other channel programs they're already in
  • Founder and exec background checks, prior company outcomes, litigation history
  • Glassdoor / Blind sentiment, social listening, and press review

Legal & compliance

  • SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or other certifications relevant to your customer base
  • AI-specific risk: data handling, model provenance, IP indemnity, and EU AI Act posture
  • Contract terms reviewed for liability caps, MSA flexibility, and exit provisions
  • Insurance: E&O, cyber, and general liability at levels enterprise buyers expect

Product & technical

  • Hands-on product evaluation by our team — not just a vendor demo
  • Architecture review: hosting, model dependencies, single points of failure
  • Customer success motion: implementation timeline, adoption metrics, support SLAs
  • Roadmap credibility — what's shipped vs. what's been promised for 18 months
/ deliverable

Every provider in your shortlist comes with a written diligence memo — financial summary, reference call notes, risk flags, and our recommendation. Your team sees what we saw.

/ what you get

Less vendor management. More closed business.

Pre-vetted shortlist

We bring you 3–5 AI offers per category, already filtered against the criteria above. Your team evaluates finalists, not noise.

Partner enablement

Battle cards, demo flows, discovery questions, ROI calculators, and SI services playbooks — built for your advisors, consultants, and reps, not generic decks.

Risk-managed

We stay engaged after onboarding. If a provider drops the ball, we hear about it first and either fix it or pull them from the program.

/ how we engage

We work the way TSDs, SIs, and VARs work.

01

Portfolio audit

We map your existing AI lineup against your top customer verticals and services capabilities to find the real gaps.

02

Targeted sourcing

We bring 3–5 channel-ready AI providers per gap, with our vetting notes attached.

03

Onboarding done right

We co-design the comp plan or services attach, paper the contract, build the enablement, and train your top producers.

04

Stay in the deal

We help your team with the first cohort of opportunities — discovery, demo, scoping, objection handling — until the motion is repeatable.
